Our Refurbishment Process
Every device follows the same rigorous 6-step process before it's listed for sale.
Sourcing
We acquire hardware from corporate refreshes, enterprise lease returns, and verified trade-ins — ensuring a consistent supply of business-grade equipment.
Inspection
Every unit is stripped down and inspected by a certified technician. We check the chassis, screen, keyboard, ports, battery, and all internal components.
Repair & Replacement
Faulty or worn parts are replaced with quality components. Hard drives are securely wiped to DoD standards. Batteries below 80% capacity are swapped out.
Testing
Each device runs a full diagnostic suite — stress tests, display calibration, connectivity checks, and a 24-hour burn-in — before it passes to grading.
Grading
Each device is assigned a condition descriptor — New, Like New (refurbished), or Scratch & Dent — based on cosmetic inspection. Every descriptor is applied honestly so you know exactly what to expect before it arrives.
Packaging & Dispatch
Passed units are cleaned, packaged with all necessary accessories, and dispatched with a 90-day mail-in warranty, upgradeable to a full year. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
